Delivery Terms..
We are pleased to announce that Flowerslink.com.au is offering a flat rate of
AU$ 10.00 for all orders be delivered within our delivery coverage area in Sydney.Please email or contact us IF your order is outside our coverage area, see our coveraged areas.
We will try our very best to delivery your flowers on the same day depending on the destination.
For requested DELIVERY TIME ,we will make all possible attempts to meet your requested delivery time preference. However, depending on the circumstances, we may not be able to meet the exact time requested.
To guarantee the availability of stocks for peak season delivery like Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, please order at least 2 days in advance (in addition to Sundays, other festive seasons and public holidays).
Place your order earlier and we will try our utmost best to meet your desired delivery date and time. In certain areas, due to unavailability of delivery service, delivery requested on Sunday or Public Holiday may be delivered "a day earlier" or "a day after" the requested date.
Not withstanding the above, occasionally the delivery could be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances that is beyond our control.
Important..
Please review all information before submitting an order e.g. recipient's name, delivery address, post code, contact number & delivery date.
Incomplete address, phone numbers, information of Sender and Receiver may delay the delivery.
Please check your e-mail immediately after placing an order, you will receive an e-mail of confirmation from us. This e-mail contains your order number as well as a summary of your order. If there is any changes to be made you may reply by e-mail with the details of your order. We will do the necessary changes as per your request.Should a problem arise, you will be contacted via e-mail with an explanation of the problem, along with a phone number that can be used to contact our customer service.
Please note that seasonal conditions may affect the supply of certain kind of flowers. Specific colours may not always be available. In some extreme cases, substitution may be necessary to fulfil your floral and container requirements.
If the recipient isn’t there when we arrive ,we will try to leave your gift to their neighbour or on their doorway.IF the courier thinks it would be unsafe to leave your gift outside the house. In those cases, the gift will be return to us. We’ll leave a calling card asking them to contact us to arrange a convenient time for re-delivery .A standard charge of $10 will apply for re-delivery.
Cancellation..
A In the event an order needs too be cancelled, money will be refunded less a $12 administration fee IF notice is received 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a 50% of the total order value.NO refund will be issued once your order have been made and dispatched from our store.
